Adam was the founding Creative Director for this excellent Broadway Bootcamp produced by the Rochester Broadway Theatre League in upstate New York. Over five years beginning in 2007, the three-week summer camp grew to include a junior division and over 100 students, many of whom have gone on to careers in the arts.
